How to make Mushroom Cheese Sandwich
Ingredients
Olive oil: 1 tbsp.
Garlic: 2 cloves, minced.
Mushrooms: 2 cups, chopped.
Kissan Tomato Ketchup: 2 tbsp.
Fresh coriander: 2 tbsp, chopped.
Whole wheat bread: 4 slices.
Cheese: 2 slices.
Salt to taste
Cheese: 30 gms, grated.
Carrot: 30 gms, grated.
Mix Bell peppers: 30 gms, chopped
Preparation

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet set over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook 2-3 minutes, or until soft and fragrant. Add the mushrooms and cook 4-5 minutes, or until they begin to soften. Add Kissan Tomato Ketchup. Cook for about 2 minutes. Stir in the parsley and season with salt and pepper. Add grated cheese and mix well.

Top 2 slices of bread with one slice each of cheddar. Top with the mushroom mixture and cover with the remaining bread.

Cook sandwiches while covered over medium heat for 4 minutes on each side, or until bread is golden brown and cheese is melted.
