Strawberries, Oranges and Black Olives In Balsamic Vinegar Dressing
Ingredients
1 cup strawberries, ripe and thinly-sliced
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
2 oranges, peeled and thinly sliced
1/2 cup black Italian or Greek Olives**
Preparation

Place the strawberries in a bowl with the vinegar and sugar and let marinate at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
