Plum Good Cake

Ingredients

2 cups sugar
2 cups self-rising flour
3 Eggs
1 tablespoon apple pie spice
1 cup oil
2 smalls jars plumb baby food
1 cup pecans

Preparation

Mix eggs and 1 cup of sugar; beat in plums and oil.

Add flour, remaining cup of sugar and spice.

Stir in pecans.

Bake in a tube pan for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
