Mexican Baked Potatoes

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef or chicken
4 lrg baking potatoes
1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
1 cup onion chopped
1 can (4 oz) black olives chopped

Preparation

Bake potatoes in oven or microwave. In the meantime, brown meat until done, drain. Add the taco seasoning to the ground meat and 1/4 cup of water. Simmer until all the moisture is gone. When potatoes are done; slit potatoes open lengthwise. Spread the insides with margarine (optional). Spoon the ground meat in the middle of the potatoes. Then sprinkle the cheese, onion, and olives over the meat. Top with sour cream and salsa.
