Grilled Burgers

Ingredients

1/4 cup Sour cream
2 teaspoons Dried parsley flakes
1 teaspoon Dried thyme
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Pepper
2 1/2 pounds Ground beef
10 Hamburger buns, split
Lettuce leaves, optional
Sliced tomato, optional

Preparation

In a large bowl, combine the first five ingredients; ad beef and mix gently. Shape into 10 patties. Grill, uncovered, over medium coals for 4-5 minutes on each side until meat is no longer pink. Serve on buns with lettuce, tomato and onion if desired.
