Better Pumpkin Butter

Ingredients
1 cup • canned pumpkin puree
1/2 cup • unsweetened applesauce
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a glass bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and leave a small opening to vent.

Refrigerate leftovers.

This can also be made with orange sweet potatoes. Lovely!
Enjoy as a topping for toast or crackers, or swirl with cream cheese for a lovely dip.
Try mixing it into your moring oats.
