Raspberry Chicken

Ingredients
4 chicken leg quarters
teaspoon salt
teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper
2 tablespoons melted butter
cup seedless red raspberry jam
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
teaspoon crushed red pepper
Preparation

Place the chicken leg quarters in the baking dish and sprinkle with the salt and black pepper, then drizzle with the melted butter. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes, or until the chicken is golden and cooked through.
