Caperberries
About
Unlike regular capers that are about the size of a pomegranate seed, caperberries are quite a bit larger, about the size of a grape. Caperberries are pickled like traditional capers, but have a milder flavor. Regular capers should not be substituted if a recipe calls for caperberries. Caperberries make a great addition to a vodka martini.
