Blueberry Mint Smoothie Recipe [AIP, Paleo, Dairy-Free]
Ingredients
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup coconut milk (or water)
1 teaspoon mint tea leaves (or use approx. 10 fresh mint leaves)
1/2 avocado
3/4 cup of ice (I used 4 large ice cubes made from this ice cube tray)
Preparation

Pour the coconut milk into the blender.

Add in the frozen blueberries.

Add in the avocado (use a spoon to scoop out the flesh).

Add in the ice cubes.

Add in the mint leaves and blend until smooth.
