Konkani Recipe: Tausali or Cucumber Cake
Ingredients
2 medium Cucumber
3/4 cup Rice Flour
1/2 cup Ghee
1 cup Jaggery
1 cup Grated Coconut
10 Soaked Cashew
Cardamon Powder
Salt
Preparation

1. Start by grating the cucumber.

2. Heat the ghee and fry the rava.

3. Mix all ingredients together. Heat remaining ghee and cook the semolina mixture for 10mins.

4. Grease a 6 inch tray and bake at 180 c for 25 mins.
