Slow Cooker Beef Bone Broth Pot Roast
Ingredients
4 cups Kettle & Fire Beef Bone Broth
3 pounds chuck roast
6 carrots roughly chopped
2 sweet potatoes cut into ½-inch cubes
2 onions halved
2 sprigs fresh rosemary
3 sprigs fresh thyme
½ teaspoon Kosher salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper

In a large crock pot, add all of the ingredients.

Cook on high heat for 4 hours. (Or 8 hours on low heat).

Remove herb stems and enjoy.
