How to Make Vegetable & Kurmura Chaat

Ingredients

1 small Potato, boiled & cubed
1 small Cucumbers, cubed
1/3 cup Pineapple, cubed
1/2 cup Puffed rice (Kurmura)
1/2 cup Fox Nuts (Makhana), roasted
2 tbsp Coriander, finely chopped
1 tbsp Spring onions, finely chopped
1 1/2 tbsp Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup
1 tsp Cumin Powder
1 tbsp Green chutney
Salt to taste
Black Pepper Powder to taste
Green chutney 1 tbsp
Chopped coriander 1 tsp

Preparation

Toss all the above ingredients together and mix it all well to make a very tasty and healthy bhel.

To make the tiffin ready, add the bhel along with some pomegranate seeds and cashew nuts
