Chocolate Chili Granola
Ingredients
2 cups mixed flakes (200 g)
½ cup coconut flakes (40 g)
¼ cup chia seeds (40 g)
¼ cup pumpkin seeds (35 g)
½-1 tsp chili powder
3 tbsp cacao powder (20 g)
3 tbsp maple syrup (50 g)
* substitute with any type of flake
Preparation

Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

Mix all dry ingredients.

Add the maple syrup and combine well.

Align a baking tray with parchment paper and spread the granola evenly out on the tray.

Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes or until crunchy. Stir in it half way through.

Enjoy it slightly warm or allow it to cool completely.

Store in airtight container.
