Egg Kuruma
Ingredients
Egg – 3
Onion -2
Green chillies -2 slit
Tomato -1
Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder -1/4 tsp
Chilli Powder -1 tsp
Salt – to taste
Cinnamon, Cardamom, Cloves, Mace- 2 nos
Oil -3 tbsp
Coconut – 1
Poppy seeds (Khus Khus) – 3 tsp
Cashew nuts – 10 nos
Coriander leaves – few
Preparation

Chop onion and tomatoes into small pieces and slit the green chillies into two.Add coconut gratings, cashews and poppyseeds in a mixee and grind it as a smooth paste.squeeze the ground paste and extract the milk out and keep it aside.Heat oil in a pan. Put chinnamon, cardamom, cloves and mace. Let it them fry.Then add choped onion and green chillies. Saute until onion turns transparent.Add tomotoes and inger garlic paset fry it.Add chilli powder and add some water let them boil for 5 min,Boil the egg and cut them into half and keep it aside. After boiling the gravies, add the coconut milk and boil for a min. Then add the boiled egg into it.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with parathas or chapati.
