Whether your dad is a fan of seafood or you are looking to make a surf and turf meal, these grilled garlic shrimp make an amazing main dish for Father's Day. Succulent shrimp are marinated in olive oil seasoned with garlic, lemon zest, and fresh herbs. They are grilled for just a few minutes or just until they begin to turn pink. You will want to cook this portion of the meal towards the end because it comes together quickly. Just before serving, the zesty marinade is poured over the top to add an extra layer of flavor.
