Celebrate Halloween with these adorable ghostly chocolate cupcakes. From Lady Catherine Gourmet, these spooky sweet treats will be the perfect addition to a Halloween party and is sure to get everyone in the mood for All Hallow's Eve. These cupcakes are also pretty easy to make, since you can use Ghost Halloween Peeps as the topper.
Ghostly Chocolate Cupcakes
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup boiling water
- 3/4 cup semisweet dark chocolate
- 5 tbsps butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1tsp vanilla
- 1 cup cake flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup buttermilk or sour milk
- 3 tbsps butter
- 2 cups confectioner's sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
