Indo-Chinese Chilli Chicken
Ingredients
Chicken pieces cut into cubes
5-6 chilli peppers (serrano)
1 onion chopped up
Soy sauce- 1 to 2 tablepsoons
Corn starch- 3 teaspoons
Salt- a pinch
1 tablespoon of oil
Preparation

Fry the onions and chillis; add soy sauce to it

In a separate pot boil the chicken and add corn starch to it

Drain the chicken and add to the chilli and onions being fried

Add some water- 1 tablespoon, let it cook!

Eat with Indian flat breads or rice!
