Hearty meals don't have to be all meat and potatoes. This recipe for Peach Caramel French Toast is rich and flavorful, with fresh peaches on the bottom, and a sweet bread pudding on the top.
It's quick to put together, and should be done the night before,. so making it is a snap!
1 loaf of French Bread, sliced or cubed
6 eggs, beaten
2 cups milk
Cinnamon
1 Tbsp Vanilla
