Many Indian curries are made with homemade cheese, called "paneer." This grilled cheese Tikka Masala is a bold adaptation of Paneer Tikka Masala, a popular dish typically simmered with tomato, coriander, turmeric, and other spices (add these to your sandwich to kick it up a notch.)
