Years ago, my Uncle John would make the most amazing blueberry cake. It was a Blueberry Buckle, but we simply called it cake. He would cut this divine creation into 1 inch squares, and we would enjoy a platter of blueberry bites that were the perfect proportion of sweet and slightly tart.
