Healthy Chocolate Macaroons
Ingredients
1/2 cup water
3 tbsps heaping tbsp of Xocai Sipping Xocolate
2 Xocai Nuggets
2 X Power Squares
1/4 cup almond meal (organic)
1/4 cup unsweetened, organic coconut (even mix of medium and coarse)
1/2 cup chopped organic raisins, dates, cherries, or dried cranberries
Preparation

Bring water to a boil in saucepan on stove-top. Remove saucepan from burner. Add Sipping Xocolate, Nuggets and X Power Squares and stir until smooth. Add almond meal and coconut and mix until smooth. When batter thickens, add chopped fruit. Drop, from spoon, onto a plate. Let cool. Makes 24 cookies
