Rice paratha with Mutter Paneer

Ingredients

For the Mutter Paneer..
2 Tomatoes, blanched,
1 Onion cut,
2 Green chilly,
A piece of Ginger,
2 -3 tbsp Curd,
5 Almonds, blanched,
5 Cashew nuts, blanched,
2 cloves Garlic cut,
1 tsp Red Chilly powder,
1 tsp Coriander powder,
1\2 tsp Turmeric powder,
1\2 tsp Garam masala,
1\2 cup Paneer, cut into pieces,
1\2 cup Green Peas boiled,
1 tsp sugar,
2 tbsp Oil,
2 tbsp Cream,
1tsp Shahi Biryani masala,
Salt to taste.

Preparation

Boil the tomatoes, until it's skin tears.

Put almonds n cashew to blanch.

Also boil the green peas until soft.

Also cut onion, green chilly, and ginger.

In a mixer jar put the tomatoes, onion, almonds,

cashews, green chilly, garlic, ginger, curd, also add
7
all the masalas while grinding.

Put a pan to heat, add oil then add the paste.

Stir until leaves the sides of the pan.

Now add the cut pieces of paneer, sugar, peas
11
and salt. Also add the cream, serve hot .

For the Rice Paratha..

The Rice paratha is made from cooked, leftover rice.

I n that add salt n red chilly powder to the rice, also mash them,
15
so it will be easy to use as stuffing in the parathas.

For the parartha, will need wheat flour dough, which is
17
little soft. Put the rice stuffing, roll and do the paratha
18
on a tava, using ghee or oil until crisp n golden brown.
