David Arquette recently celebrated one year of being sober and he did so with a nice dinner with his family. Arquette was joined by his ex-wife, Courteney Cox, and their 7-year-old daughter, Coco Riley, at celebrity favorite, Mr Chow.
On lookers at the LA restaurant say Arquette was in great spirits and held a miniature Oscar trophy, which symbolized his achievement.
