Grapefruit Jelly
Ingredients
1 Grapefruit
250ml/1 cup Water
500ml Pulpy Grapefruit juice drink (Polar brand)
1 tbsp Honey
3 tbsp Sugar or to taste
2 tbsp Gelatine powder soak with 5 tbsp water
Preparation

Peel grapefruit and remove pulp in a drainer keeping the juice in a bowl (about 2 tbsp or slightly more).

Soak gelatine powder with 5 tbsp of water and set aside for 5 minutes.

Put water and sugar in a pot and heat to almost boil, add honey and stir well till dissolved , pour in the grapefruit juice drink, stir to boil.

Then add soaked gelatine in it, stir till gelatine dissolved and bring to light boil for 5 minutes.

Off heat and add in fresh grapefruit juice and pulp, stir well and pour into serving cups.

Leave jelly to cool in refrigerator for at least 3-4 hours before serve.

After making the Grapefruit Butter Cake, I thought to myself, why not try to make them into jelly. So this is the lovely Grapefruit Jelly that I'm sharing with you today. This healthy dessert is very refreshing, soft and tangy, you'll definitely go back for more.
