Picadillo
Ingredients
1 pound of ground beef (97%)
1 24 Oz Jar of Tomato Sauce( for pasta) could be any mushroom or basil mix
Olive Oil
1 Small box of raisins
Cumin
Parsley
Salt
Beer(optional)
Preparation

In a pan spray a little bit of oil, warm it up and then put the meat until the meat is brown at medium heat. This will take like 5-7 minutes.

Stir the meat meanwhile to make sure that it is loose

When the meat is brown add the raisins, cumin, salt, parsley and keep stirring for 5 minutes.

Add the Tomato sauce and mix it with the meat.

Cover and keep cooking it for 15 minutes at medium heat, make sure never dries

To serve you can add fresh parsley

Beer(optional)

You can add a half of glass of your favorite beer as soon as you add the tomato sauce to give the meat a kick if just grown ups are going to eat
