Polish Sausage

Ingredients

4 pounds Pork butt
1 pound Beef stew meat
2 tablespoons Pepper, black, coarse ground
1 tablespoon Marjoram leaves
8 Garlic clove, pressed
teaspoon Allspice
teaspoon Salt
1 cup , water

Preparation

Grind pork and beef very coarsely. Combine all ingredients, mix well and stuff into hog casing or make patties.
