Ingredients

4 cups low-fat frozen vanilla yogurt
1 cup chocolate 1%% low-fat milk
cup chocolate-flavored instant malted milk

Preparation

Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides. Serve immediately.

This recipe yields 5 cups.

Comments: For testing purposes only, we used Ovaltine for chocolate-flavored instant malted milk.
