Lime juice

Cumin

Cinnamon

Garlic

Carrots
, sliced & cooked
Preparation

Whisk
oil and lime
juice
together in large bowl.

Whisk in cumin, cinnamon, salt and grlic. Sir in carrot. Cover and refregerate until cold. Serve chilled.
