Krumkaker

Ingredients

150 grams Sugar
150 grams Butter, melted and cooled
150 grams Flour
1/2 teaspoon Cardamon

Preparation

Whip eggs and sugar together until they form a stiff mixture. Mix flour and cardammon. Gently mix flour mixture and melted butter into the egg/sugar mixture. Let mixture stand 1 hour.

Cook on the krumkaker iron until light goldenbrown. Remove and roll around a horn shaped cylinder or put over a glass (this is to make a small basket)

Fill with ice cream or whipped cream and berries.
