Put in greased bowl,
turn to
coat with oil. Rise at 85 degrees until double. Divide into 2. Shape into loaves, pans 10x5. Rise until double.
Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes;
reduce to 375 degrees;
bake 30 minutes.
Cool. Makes 2 - 1 lb. loaves (16 slices). 95 calories per
slice.
