Beef Shanks
Ingredients
4 pounds beef shanks
1 pkg. 15 minute marinade
cup water
cup sherry
2 tablespoons tomato paste or chili sauce
1/4 teaspoon rosemary
1/2 teaspoon oregano
6 med. carrots, cut diagonally
12 sm. onions

Alternate method of cooking: after marinating cook the meat in a Dutch oven at 325 degrees until it bubbles, then cook at simmer for 1 hour. Add vegetables. Cover and simmer for 1 1/4 hours.
