Make cake acording to instructions on box.

Combine Evaporated Milk, Sweetened Condensed Milk, half the Heavy Cream, and the rum together in a bowl. Poke holes in cake all over to allow milk combination to absorb. A chopstick works well for this. Then Pour milk combo all over cake.

Whip the other half pint of heavy cream and then spread whipped cream over the cake. Finally sprinkle the coconut over the top and serve.

Sweetened shredded coconut
Crushed pineapple
Dried cherries
Sliced banana
Macadamia nuts

You can also substitute brandy or flavored liqueurs for the rum, or leave out entirely for a non-alcohol version.
