Honey-Mustard Salami

Ingredients
2 teaspoons
honey
3 tablespoons yellow
mustard
1 pound chunk deli
salami
Preparation

Preheat
the
grill
to medium-high
heat.
In a small bowl, combine honey and mustard.
Coat
salami with the honey-mustard mixture. Double-wrap and tightly
seal
salami in aluminum foil.

Grill
for 18 to 20 minutes, or until the salami is
heated
through and the
glaze
begins to
caramelize.
Cut
into 1-inch pieces and
serve
warm
.
