Egg Brunch Dish

Ingredients

16 slices bread, crusts removed
1 tablespoon instant onion
3 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
2 cups cornflakes, crushed
1/4 cup butter, melted

Preparation

Grease bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Place half of bread in bottom of pan. Top with meat then 3 cups cheese. Sprinkle with onion. Top with remaining bread. Mix thoroughly the eggs, milk, salt and dry mustard. Pour over bread. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. Remove from refrigerator 1 hour before baking. Combine cornflakes and melted butter. Sprinkle over top. Top with remaining 1 cup shredded cheese.
