Bacon Bubble and Squeak

Ingredients
1/2 small Savoy cabbage, shredded and washed thoroughly
8 Rashers back bacon
400 grams Mashed potato, (14oz)
Low fat spread for greasing
Preparation

Steam the shredded cabbage until soft. Grill the bacon until crisp, then cut into pieces with scisors. Mix the cabbage and the bacon into the mashed potato. Grease a shallow oven proof dish with the low fat spread. turn the mashed potato mixture into the dish and bake in a medium oven at 190 /375 F/gas mark 5 for about 15 minutes or until hot and crispy ontop.
