Mediterranean Lamb

Ingredients

2 pounds boneless lamb cut into 1" pieces
1 pound potatoes sliced
2 onions sliced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 pound zucchini sliced
1 pkt artichoke hearts - (12 oz) thawed, halved

Preparation

Place sliced potatoes in the bottom of a slow cooker. Layer remaining ingredients on top. Pour 2 cups of water over all. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours.
