Ingredients

skim milk
2 mediums ripe
bananas
cut 1" pieces
1/2 cup plain or
banana
nonfat
yogurt
1/2 cup nonfat dry
skim milk
powder
cup
wheat germ
1 teaspoon
vanilla
2 1/2 teaspoons Equal Measure
cup (or 8 packets Equal sweetener or ⅓ Equal Spoonful)
Ground
cinnamon
(optional)
Preparation
1
Blend
all ingredients except cinnamon in
blender
or food processor until smooth. Pour into glasses and sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired.
