Olive Balls

Ingredients

1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese - (4 oz)
cup margarine or butter softened
1 cup Bisquick Original baking mix
1 jar pimiento-stuffed olives - (5 oz)

Preparation

Heat oven to 400 degrees.

Stir together cheese, margarine and Worcestershire sauce; stir in baking mix until dough forms (work with hands if necessary). Pat olives completely dry on paper towel. Shape 1 teaspoon dough around each olive.

Place olives about 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake about 10 minutes or until light golden brown.

High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): Heat oven to 425 degrees. Decrease baking mix to 3/4 cup and add 1/4 cup Gold Medal all-purpose flour.
