Mocha Chocolate Cheesecake

Ingredients
1 Graham Cracker Pie Crust, 9

8 ounces Semisweet Chocolate
24 ounces Cream Cheese -- softened
3/4 cup Sugar
3 Eggs
3 tablespoons Flour
1 tablespoon Instant Coffee
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 cup Heavy Cream

Preheat oven to 450.

Dissolve coffee in 2 tablespoons hot water. Add the coffee, melted chocolate, vanilla and cream to the cheese mixture and beat until thoroughly blended. Pour mixture over crust. Bake for 12 minutes, turn oven down to 300 and bake for one hour. Turn off the heat, crack the door open and leave the cake in the oven for another hour. Remove from oven and cool.
