Hearty Beef Goulash
Ingredients
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 pounds stewing beef cut in small cubes
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
3 cups beef stock
1 cup tomato sauce
2 onions chopped
1 cup diced carrots
1 cup chopped celery
2 potatoes peeled and diced
1 bay leaf

Add remaining ingredients to crockpot. Cover and cook on low for 8- 10 hours or on high for 4-6 hours, until veggies are tender. Remove and discard bay leaf before serving.
