Ginseng Chicken Soup

Ingredients

200 grams chicken meat
6 grams ginseng slices
8 grams cordyceps
1 , 500ml prepared Chef master stock
6 grams salt

Preparation

MethodBRING the master stock to the boil and add chicken meat to cook until done. Dish out and cool before shredding the meat into thin strips. Set aside.

Discard scum and add ginseng, cordyceps, dried red dates and salt to simmer for about 30 minutes. Add cooked shredded chicken before serving
