Teriyaki Chicken Saute

Ingredients

1 pkg. boneless, skinless chicken tenders
1/4 cup butter
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon minced fresh garlic
1/2 teaspoon sugar

Preparation

In skillet, melt butter, add chicken to skillet. Cook 3 or 4 minutes. Turn chicken over, cook 3 or 4 minutes. Remove chicken, set aside. Stir in teriyaki sauce, lemon juice, garlic and sugar. Return chicken, simmer 3 minutes on each side. Serve over rice.
