In a small bowl mix butter and lemon juice and brush heavily over fish. Bake in a preheated hot oven (400 degrees) for 20 to 25 minutes or until fish turns white and flakes easily. For the rest of the meal -- bake refrigerated biscuits along with the fish rolls. Cook white and wild rice mix on top of range. Serve fish rolls on a bed of rice with buttered biscuits. Add raw carrot sticks, tomato wedges, parsley sprigs and lemon slices.
