Meat and Taters

Ingredients
1 pound Ground chuck
1 medium Onion, chopped
1 medium Bell pepper, chopped
1 tablespoon Salt
4 ounces Can mushrooms
1 can Golden mushroom soup
Tater Tots
Preparation

Brown meat; drain. Pour off liquid from mushrooms, set aside. Mix all ingredients into meat, put into baking dish and press. Mix golden mushroom soup with liquid from mushrooms. Pour this over meat mixture. Should be spread completely over meat. Cover with Tater Tots. Bake in 350 degree oven, covered with foil, for 15-20 minutes. Remove foil and finish cooking until Tater Tots are brown. Onion, pepper and mushrooms are optional.
