Kung Pao Chicken With Peanuts

Ingredients
2 whole chicken breasts, boned, skinned, and cut into ½ inch cubes
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 teaspoons oil
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 whole scallion, minced
3 whole scallions, cut into ½ inch pieces
3 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon sherry
1 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
4 whole chili peppers, cut in half

Mix until smooth. Add chicken and set aside for 30 minutes.
