Potato/broccoli Casserole

Ingredients

4 sm. potatoes
1/4 cup skim milk
1/4 cup Butter Buds, optional
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1/4 cup Cheddar cheese, grated

Preparation

Substitute your favorite vegetable for the broccoli and create your own potato casserole.

1. Cook, drain and mash potatoes with milk and Butter Buds.

2. Cook broccoli according to package directions. Drain well. Fold into mashed potatoes.

3. Put in non-stick pan. Sprinkle with cheese.

4. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until cheese melts. Serve hot.
