Pumpkin Nachos

Ingredients
2 ounces sliced pepperoni cut into quarters
cup canned pure pumpkin
cup chopped green pepper
cup shredded lowfat cheddar cheese
6 tablespoons medium chunky salsa
1 tablespoon Hershey's cocoa
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon chili powder
cup sweetened coconut flakes
Preparation

Place pepperoni in a greased 11-x-7-x-1.5 inch baking pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 5 minutes; drain. In a large nonstick skillet, combine pepperoni and next 7 ingredients. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes or until hot, stirring constantly. Serve pumpkin mixture over tortilla chips. garnish with coconut.
