Ingredients
3 tablespoons
vegetable oil
1 cup
celery
leaves
1
salt
and freshly ground
pepper
to taste
Preparation

In a medium
skillet
over medium
heat
heat
oil until hot.

Add celery leaves and
fry
until
crisp
and golden about 2 minutes.

Using a slotted
spoon
transfer to paper towels to drain. Sprinkle with
salt
and pepper.

Sprinkle on chicken and seafood salads.
