Simple Chorizo

Ingredients

3 teaspoons oregano
cup red chili powder (or less)
4 cups water

Preparation

1
Blend first five ingredients in blender Cover meat with water mixture, cover dish and let sit 24 hours at room temperature. Pour off water refrigerate or freeze until used.
