Ingredients
2 pounds Turkey, ground
teaspoon Cornstarch (cornflour)
teaspoon Sherry, dry
3 tablespoons Light soy sauce
1 tablespoon Ginger, grated or finely chopped
6 Green onions, chopped
6 Garlic cloves, crushed, minced or pressed
1 tablespoon Brown sugar
1 tablespoon Sesame oil
1 pkt Wonton wrappers
cup Fish sauce (You may want to dilute this with water, d
1 cup Vinegar
1 cup Sugar
6 Garlic cloves, finely minced or pressed
1 tablespoon Ginger, finely minced or grated
1 tablespoon Red pepper, crushed
